Served on Saturday afternoon by a young guy named Ryan. What a lovely kid. Very polite and friendly. Seemed to be working on his own but taking great care to keep everybody happy.

Called in at lunchtime today, very busy but counter was well stocked and both the young men on duty - Kal and Ryan - were extremely polite, helpful and efficient in their duties. Both of them a credit to Subway, in fact! The food was good, too! All in all, A1*!

During the Christmas period I visited this restaurant to be greeted by a larger than life character, I believe his name was Ryan. Upon arrival I was not welcomed well at all and when ordering my food I felt it very unsatisfactory with the time and lack of care put into my order. It gets to the end of it where I have to pay and I find out that he has charged me for an extra meat in my sub. Now I was under the impression that you got two free meats with your sub, not only one, this wasn?t effectively communicated to me and I was charged an extra 80p for my meat. Was not happy then and still not happy now, I have not found a way to report straight to the store other than through Google Reviews so this is my means of complaint, though I would rather it be through an official website. Shan?t be returning if i see that boy in there again, and not only that i don?t believe he was practicing true sanitary care either.

Made me feel uncomfortable by commenting on my order just because I like a plain sandwich. Happens at alot of subways but this was worse. Told me I'd be better off buying a tin of tuna.

Visited half way through our journey, was served by a lovely chap ( no name badge but he had a ginger beard) very friendly, nothing was a problem. Subway are lucky to have him.

I normally love subway, but this is the worst one I've been to.I have admittedly been a few times as it's the only one within 30 minutes. They are constantly out of ingredients or have long queues mainly because they aren't going quick enough.The straw that broke the camels back was when I ordered through Uber eats and got a cheaper sandwich then what I ordered. ' you'll have to talk to Uber eats and change it when the other customer complains.' Complains? they got a bargain.After that I looked back on all the times we've been and honestly I can't think of a time I was happy about going there. Going to the next town over and come back will leave a better taste in your mouth.
