Recently used the drive thru after not visiting for a while. Coffee was great, tasty and hot. Service was really lovely and friendly. Did not give 5 stars as did not go inside and could therefore not comment on atmosphere or cleanliness. Would visit again though.

Nice staff and nice coffee.. any Starbucks that use the newer style coffee machines usually do bad coffee but this store made it nice redeeming them

Stopped off here on a drive back from Chester/North Wales to Derbyshire. It was a standard Starbucks, fairly quiet when we went especially for a Saturday afternoon. Service was friendly and quick. We had takeout and there was a drive thru you could use if you wished. Good amount of on site parking. Slightly dearer as it was classed as a service shop.
Dietary restrictions: Few food options for Vegan diet. Good range of milk alternatives.
Parking: Free parking for upto 2hours then pay after that.
Wheelchair accessibility: Good access for wheelchair users.

Stop here often and the staff are always great, but the toilets always seem to be out of order, blocked or in need of a good clean.

Came in whilst my car was charging. It?s Boxing Day and they were kind and helpful and the place was spotless. Would I stop here again if I knew these Baristas were working 100%!!!

Walked in this morning, place was empty bar 1 customer, stood waiting at the counter for about 5 mins, before deciding to shout hello?? Because I hadn?t seen any staff since getting there, 5 mins isn?t a lot but the fact the worker came out with an attitude because she had been summoned to do her job with no apology is dire customer service.
Luckily she can actually make a decent coffee.
