No slope to reception so have to pull all luggage up the stairs, When arrived at reception not even a smile could be cracked on the women’s Face then we were put in a room over the other side of car park up a flight of stairs with all luggage and mobility issues (no lift) we had 2 rooms booked as we are a large family... read full comment
