Every single time I go in the Automated machine breaks and I have to wait 15 minutes to convince the staff what money I've actually put in. I said I don't want to use the machine anymore because it breaks every time and it takes a long time. And they refused to put money in for me themselves. A dark haired, middle aged moody lady, spoke to me so rude, when I have some more time I'll be swapping banks. Do they not get paid in there or something???? Why so miserable and rude to customers!?

We attended the uttoxeter branch today.Although our query got resolved, this was not plain sailing!We found kay very apathetic, rude and spoke to us like we were a 2 Yr old . Unprofessional service.

Lloyds on line banking is really poor. 3 hours it has taken me on hold to try to transfer money to pay my mortgage off. I am so fed up with the wait,response and whole procedure of having to do this through the banking app. Just so poor.

Disappointing and Just All round poor.I've banked with this bank since day 1 now I will be moving everything around the corner to Natwest. When you're only open from 9:30-3:30 Monday to Friday and not taking meetings face to face, you think you would be able to help more over the phone/ online.How can you expect people to come in at those times when people have to go to work and this is only to make a booking for a meeting...and best of all the meeting is on the phone.You either ask people to come into the branch or not. The fact I have to come in to make an appointment but have the meeting over the phone is crazy. Everything is backwards. I can understand limitations due to covid, however by asking me to come into branch defeats the point of having a meeting over the phone...As well as not offering trustee accounts and limiting Exicator accounts to one person. I'm truly fed up and give up.

Absolutely awful customer service. Went in as card had been blocked as I didn't know the answer to a security question - about a loan I don't have. Was in there for over 30 minutes and told that it was all sorted out. Card is still blocked and no record of the conversation is on my records, so I now have to go into a branch again near where I live and sort it out. Absolute rubbish and the account will be closed once my credit balance - yes a credit balance not even owing them anything - is used up.

Dark short haired lady incredibly rude for the 2nd time visiting this branch. No apology when I addressed her rudeness. Can not believe customer service is so bad in this place.

Used this bank for years and getting very close to leaving. Regular long queues - only one member of staff on the counter - onthers are about, but donâ??t seem to be willing to help out. There is generally someone walking up and down the queue asking everyone why the are there and couldnâ??t they use the deposit machine instead. I donâ??t feel like iâ??m receiving a service at all since the new manager has been there - not management material at all - disgraceful!!! The rest of the staff are rude, appathetic and rude. Avoid at all costs. Other local branches of lloyds are great - ie, Tutbury, Ashbourne.

I have banked with this bank for decades and the service has always been excellent & personal until Mick the previous manager left, since then and the appointment of the new manageress the quality of service and staff is an absolute disgrace, unhelpful, lethargic, apathetic and rudely succinct. I cannot stress enough how poor this bank is.

You really need to buck your ideas up if i'm going to continue my business banking with you. I come in and staff moan at one another or get told off by management in-front of customers. I stand at your stupid deposit machine without an invite to come over and use the cashier because its just too much hard work for you. And what bank doesn't open on a Saturday!!!!! Ridiculous. Its about the only day most people can get into a bank!
