as far as KFC goes this is the worst I've ever been to, I ordered a zinger box meal but the piece of chicken had clearly been there a good while and wasn't fresh. location is good but the table was dirty. The zinger was great but ghe single piece of chicken was terrible. also heard off friends that they have been told they ran out of chicken ?

Arrived at 9.40pm and went to the machines to order. Got half way through ordered when a female member of staff quite rudely shouted "can you order here now please". So we walked over and went to order a boneless banquet to be told they only had fillet burgers and popcorn chicken and she said it's "9.45 and we would have to cook anything else". With respect you aren't closed and I'm sure 15-20 minutes would have been enough to cook it. There was a lovely sign on the counter saying please leave a Google review for some free food...well there you go. On our way to maccies now.

The toilet was disgusting, with feaces on the seat, urine on the floor, no toilet paper, and I hate to think what was in the basin. I'll not be coming back, as the staff obviously use this disgusting WC, then go back to the kitchen!

Second time we tried this kfc now eaten in the restaurant was freezing cold and so was all the food chips chicken gravy rice tub half empty like its not expensive enough you can tell from everytime we ate there everything was batch cooked and left out way to long won't be going back that's for sure
Ow and not to forget all the urine over the toilet floor that we paddled in and stunk

Last chance
This is the last time now never again I asked for fresh food and said I'm happy to wait. 1 minute later she brought my food to the car and said its fresh i feel disgusted to what was inside 2 peices chicken 1 pure bone and feathers other one what looks like a head i took it back and they refused refund

Often get orders wrong, self service receipt has never worked and they sell stuff then when you go to collect they tell you it's out of stock after you've paid! Food isn't terrible if you get it though.
As an extra from first making this not been given food ordered and charged twice for an order!

I really enjoy kfc but this unit was just awful slow service run by kids and a foreign lady who's english was below par food was cold got a drink i didn't want but was basically told I had to have it not good at all

Been here a few times. Uttoxeter.
Waste of money.
Last time we went in, the chips were cold, the chicken had no taste and was dry and stale, just like the bread.
I wouldn't have fed this to a dog.
Ended up chucking 4 pieces of chicken from a bargain bucket in the bin.
Told staff, she just said, thank you????
Chicken is cheaper and bigger from Saddlers in Derby!
Only decent kfc is the one on Osmaston Park road in Derby.
The lady that runs things, JAG knows her sh!t. I've never had a bad experience here.
Jag actually greets all her customers and cares about if you're enjoying it.
She is one of the most loveliest people you'd ever want to meet.
If you want a decent kfc experience, go there!

1 member of staff serving a packed small restaurant, food was not like home KFC, slow service but what do you expect only having one person serving at evening time (5-6pm that's when most people want to eat!). Oh and it was absolutely freezing in there to the point both my friend and I were actually shaking..... One to avoid I'm afraid!

meat is dry and cold, one wrap is normal size and the other one has less than half the meat. strange service, I felt unwanted there, maybe because I'm white.
