“I've just arrived home following a visit to uttoxeter branch.As soon as I got in I was welcomed. I described my DIY project and asked for advice re wood etc.I was then accompanied by a very helpful Matt who again couldnt have been for helpful.On paying I asked if there was any chance of delivery tomorrow?I was knocked off my feet when , James says "give me half hour and I'll drop it off"!!True to his word all my order is now available n my garage!!6 star service . “Called in yesterday for a replacement bath panel and some plumbing fittings. Was served by Ryan who went over and above to see I got the correct products to complete my job. Even though he was obviously busy he did everything possible to help.I was served by him last time I came into the store and remembered him being very helpful so made a beeline for him yesterday.
