Again great service, had lost a small screw from my glasses frame.. after a short visit to the shop all is fixed... Ben repaired it at NO TIME and NO COST... That's what makes them the best customer service. Many thanks Ben !

Popped in this morning to see if they could offer any advice on how to fix my sunglasses ( a screw had dropped out repeatedly!), they kindly have replaced the screw and tightened the opposite side, all in the space of 10-15 minutes! Absolutely fantastic service and the most helpful team! Thank you!

Have just been to Boots opticians Uttoxeter for my eye test and cannot speak highly enough of them Arjun did my eye test which was very good and made me feel at ease all the way through explained everything as he went along. Then Ben who did the scan helped me choose new glasses and was brilliant and would say if he though frames were right for me, a job I need help with as
I never sure about styles but he was really helpful and I felt at ease with his suggestions on style and colour really pleased on his knowledge on all products and what would suit my needs all in all a great service would 100% recommend a visit here

Excellent service. All staff I encountered were very professional, courteous and friendly.
All steps of my appointment -which was on time-were well explained in a non-condescending manner.
I did not feel pressurised into purchasing new, unnecessary spectacles and my choices were respected.

I visited Boots opticians in Uttoxeter this morning. I was assisted by Jen & Jess, booking in for my contact lens appointment and then Adjusting my glasses; being sure to explain what was needed for my particular style of glasses.
Despite not being my local store the Team here gives me no reason to look elsewhere.
