James, Ben and team were unbelievably helpful when I thought my sunglasses were beyond repair they have rescued them and I am delighted.
Super friendly and so professional. Service was second to none. They understood the issue and nothing was too much trouble.
For all your eye care and glasses needs please don?t hesitate, go pay them a visit and see for yourself.

Excellent no rush service and although I am not an optician they seemed to have all the latest equipment and an excellent range of eyewear. Also got out my complete history and where able to do a year on year comparable.

Staff were amazing with my 3 year old, she wasn?t very co-operative the 1st visit & they happily rearranged for another day, they took lots of time with her to make her feel at ease & made it like a fun game to get the eye test done.

Great experience with Ben and rob very thorough eye test and explained everything. Making me feel very comfortable! Ben explained about the frames and wasn?t pushy when helping me choose, with explaining about the different lens types before I made my choice. Recommend coming here any time!!

Came in boots for a deodorant. Sprayed one to smell it and got shouted at by a lady who worked there, very rudely for spraying as ?they are not testers? she shouted this from the other side of the store in front of other customers.
I appreciate that they are not testers and have no problem being told to not spray them that?s fine, but the way I was told was not professional nor a way you should speak to a customer.
