Just came to connect a gas bottle to my bbq that I purchased last August, while lifting the bottle it was obvious it was empty, it must have leaked over winter ,big up to Craig who got me sorted in the middle of a bbq ,cheers Craig

The customer service is absolutely dreadful, walk around with their heads in the clouds, should be trained in ALL departments to speed things up. I will not be late for work again because of a tin of paint.

Very friendly and helpful staff - they go out of their way to help their customers.
Shopping at this branch is a pleasure.
The negative remarks made on houseplants isn't my experience, they are well cared for and good value.

Nice mini B&Q friendly staff there doesn?t sell everything there as it is small which is disappointing although it has a paint mixing section and it has a nice big carpark outside where you can always get a space.

Very helpful staff. Went above and beyond to help me with registering for a card and spent at least half an hour sorting my problem put. I learnt a lot about my phone too!

I popped into the store yesterday early evening and a staff assisted me called Lindsey (i believe is the spelling) and she couldn?t of done more for me. i was looking for a certain tree drum, and she rang other stores, tried other websites, and other shops, she went out of her way to assist me. 5* and more.

Went in for some screws for a project with some idea what I wanted but was overwhelmed with the amount of different screws so i ask a guy for advice. He didn't just point the the right screws he genuinely took an interest, explained the different screws and why they would be best and asked what they were for, he even picked out the box after asking how many I needed. Couldn't of asked for better customer service, gutted I didn't get his name but was about half 1 today I visited the store.
