Awful experience at Argos. Kim was very rude to me in regard to my order. The manager I believe her name was Katherine. She was also rude and obnoxious. How they’ve got a job dealing with customers if their customer service skills are atrocious. Both of them shouldn’t be working here the way they treat customers
