Wilkins estate agents helped me and my partner move into our first home together. Things didn?t go as smooth as we?d have liked no fault of Wilkins but they ensured we were still able to move in on the date set. Completely unprofessional, always find a reason to take more money from the deposit and also to pay extra even if you leave the house earlier with 1 month notice. Very dissapointed from Beth, one think she say but actually totally different she does. if somebody need to rent or sell better choose another agency from this only will be dissapointed.

100% the best estate agents around! We have recently brought our house with Wilkins and their communication was amazing. We were kept informed throughout all aspects of the process and they were brilliant at scheduling us in for extra viewings of the property at our request. Cannot recommend Josh and his team at Wilkins enough.We bought and sold with them and they were fantastic from start to finish. They sold our house within 3 days of it going on the market, did all of the viewings for us and best of all communication with them via our whats app group was so easy and quick.They were always a step ahead of us when it came to dealing with the solicitors on both sides and were really efficient and effective.Brilliant work guys thank you!
