Useless, they haven't got a clue. All they want to do is sit there reading or sell contracts. If you've already hot one they're not interested and even if they were theu can't help because they're not trained to help.

The guys at the Tamworth shop have been so so helpful. They sorted a long standing problem with my Vodafone account and made sure my upgrade to a new phone went smoothly.Would highly recommend using the store rather than online.
