Rude and unhelpful staff, no customer service skills especially the assistant manager. Would never book a holiday here unless you want to be messed around, lied to and then be at a financial detriment due to their so called ?terms and conditions?

Once again, TUI Tamworth have gone out of their way to provide an excellent customer service. I would like to offer my sincere thanks to Grace for sorting out my problem with an up-and-comimg cruise. I have been served by Stacey for several holidays booked in the Tamworth Branch. I have found her very helpful, patient and always found us the holiday we wanted.Nothing too much trouble. I have also had contact with other staff and they are all excellent.I would recommend booking in store at Tamworth.Any time you need extra help they are willing to sort things out.We are off to Spain again soon, booked via Stacey. We have used the Tamworth TUI store on multiple occasions for a variety of different types of holidays I.e. packages, cruises etc. We have always had great service with friendly, knowledgeable staff especially Stacey who is always ready to assist us when we are unsure where to go or what to see. She takes her time and finds the most suitable holidays for us. We are both pensioners and walking can be difficult at time. Nothing is to much trouble. Thank you all .

I have always booked my TUI holidays on-line since Covid, however, my recent experiences booking direct at Tamworth has changed all that - from now on I will always book through them. The professional care and assistance provided by Gemma was outstanding. She was both knowledgeable and courteous, and offered indepth advice to me (as a pensioner) on using the TUI App. A truely first class customer service provided by Gemma. 5*+
