Booked a table in advance only to be told I couldn’t have it when we arrived, my mother is 92 and very unsteady on her feet and they expected her to climb on to a barstool to be able to sit at a table. Absolute farce, manager didn’t care about us, only wanted to know how we booked so he didn’t lose custom in the future.... read full comment

Dreadful service. Tasteless food. Never go there again.
