Great store. The staff here are always friendly, the shelves are always full, and the place is kept really clean. Having worked in retail myself, I know how hard it is to keep a shop well faced, and they do a brilliant job. I don?t know his name, but there?s one staff member who always chats about the games he?s playing he?s always happy and friendly

I have to write this up now , i usually go to the the Glascote B5000 Store great staff very helpful and good product range , but to- night i was unable to get to the B5000 store because the road was blocked up with traffic due to ongoing roadworks so i thought i would try the Bolehall Co-op only wanted a few items and to return an item via Evri , i asked the lady at the till if i could send my parcel back via Evri here , she asked if it had a returns label on it and i said no but i have the app can i print it here she was talking to her friend behind the counter not even looking at me , which i thought was very ignorant i asked again where the printer was , she just pointed to the side of the counter and carried on talking to her colleague, i could not get the printer to work at all , i told the lady twice who was a and i got offered no help at all , i told her again that i could not get it to work and she just looked at me with no offer of help, now i am in my 80s and would have appreciated a bit of help but no she was talking to her work colleague again , so i picked up my purchases and left the store , i will never set foot in that store again after that experiance , Customer Service was not part of this ladys job obviously.

Had a parcel delivered there, which even had proof of delivery. When I went to collect it the next day, they told me they didn?t have the parcel anymore and they had sent it back to the supplier earlier on that day. However, when asked they couldn?t provide any evidence or proof of sending it back, and the supplier had said they had not received it back either. I am now out of pocket.

Recently refitted store, looks great. Staff are very friendly and helpful. A good range of products and a useful store to have!
