I can't thank Jack and the team enough for the help and support in selling our house. We had 3 other estate agents from Lichfield round to value our house and Jack not only gave the best advice on what our house was worth but also made us feel at ease. The house we wanted to buy was of high interest so they did everything they could for a quick turn around, within a couple of days it was on the market and by the next day we had a huge amount of interest leading to multiple viewings and 4 offers. We ended up selling it for +5k of asking price. They dealt with all negotiations and after sale processes. Not that I plan on selling my house again soon but if I did I know exactly who I will be calling.Thank you all so much, We would 100% recommend Taylor Cole I literally cannot fault them.Hayley & Steve x

It's unacteptable how this agency treats people. Me and my fiance were one of the first to see the house for sale, we had to wait for the agency to gather enough people interested in the house to arrange the viewing. Instead, we got a call a week later, saying the house was sold, and no one contacted us during that week. Really ?! It's about buying a house, which is rather important to people, but this agency has treated us like garbage.
