Terrible estate agents, Tamworth branch.Letting a property out that was infested with fleas, ants and riddled with asbestos (Greenhill close dosthill) the landlady was by far the worst person I?ve ever dealt with, constant harassment and stalking. Quick enough to take your money but not willing to do anything when there?s a problem raised. Avoid!

The worst real estate agent i have ever dealt with. I am referring to Loughborough branch. The sales team prevent you from viewing the houses unless you plan your mortgage advisor, which charge you fortune for, through them.NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.

I have had dealings with Smith's for over 20 yrs. Very friendly professional local estate agent. Wouldn't think of using any other in Tamworth.
