What a great service we've had from Shaun. He's provided boiler services and gas safety certificates at reasonable prices, is happy to talk and share his knowledge, and has made time for us during his busy day to do a little remedial job. We'll definitely be using again as our list of plumbing jobs grows.Updated 09.03.24 Have used Shaun a couple of times this week for Gas Safety Certificate and to replace a stopcock. If Carlsburg did plumbers..... Shaun would be it! Great service, prompt, no messing about, goes that extra mile for his customers. Even credited me with helping when speaking to my wife!! ? Top man.

Shaun came out to replace a gas hob. There were problems from the supplier but Shaun went the extra mile to help us get it sorted. The end result was very professional and a fair price.

Brilliant business. A rare find nowadays! Friendly and helpful and even tried to save me money by trying different methods to fix the problem. Really approachable and showed and explained all the work being done every step of the way. Will definitely recommend to friends and family and use again. Top marks ?.

Shaun came round to have a look at our stopcock that was seeping water slightly and all it needed was a slight turn with a spanner to fix the problem, not only did he not charge us for the work but he showed me how to fix the problem should it happen again. We will be using Shaun to service our boiler in August and also using him for any future plumbing works. Thanks Shaun ?

Shaun came to fix a pipe that was drilled through. He was prompt, professional and had everything needed to repair an old pipe quickly. Couldn't recommend him highly enough, brilliant plumber and fantastic service

We have been using Shaun at SC plumbing ever since we moved into our property over 10 years ago. Shaun recently helped us out again when we discovered we had no hot water. He made us a priority and even dropped his own personal jobs to help us. He did everything he could to save us money as it turned into a bigger job then expected and we can't recommend him enough. If you want honesty, reliability and excellent service, Shaun is your man!
