Had an issue with an urgent online payment that I'd tried at home but wasn't sure had gone through. Went into the Tamworth branch & a very helpful lady (I think her name is Adele) investigated for me & sorted the issue, ensuring the payment was made. Excellent, friendly customer service. Thank you.
