Website says they have animals but they don't have them anymore. Store has lots of stock, especially if you are after dog coats, leads or harness .

Waited over half hour for our appointment by which time my pet was very distressed, then because they were so over booked didn?t take the care they should have so I wasn?t sure if they?d doubled dosed the vaccine, then when I got home she started vomiting and shaking ended up having a terrible reaction which I called our breeder who recommended half of piroton which thank goodness has been working. I am now lucky enough to be signed up to a new vets so will never use this vets again.

It's good, to be honest.
The stuff for small animals, cats, and dogs is extensive, and if you get the right member of staff, they can be experts in their field.
I usually go for fish, and the supply is limited but seems to be well cared for and in great condition.
There are better stores out there that cater more specifically, but you know what? Not bad at all.

The groomers!
Rude staff for starters.
Not pleasant at all, did not feel welcoming at all when I first got there not enthusiastic towards the dog that was scared to be there.
And just in general not pleased with this.
