I was greeted by a lovely assistant on 27th November 2024 .
What an asset to your company SERMIN is .
She was really helpful and as I couldn't get my blue light card on my phone , she suggested I went outside to get a better signal and she would keep my purchases to one side .
Good customer service is a rare commodity these days but Sermin was caring and helpful .Thank you .

Today as I often go into peacocks. Shopped here for years. I decided to try on a denim jacket n proceeded into changing rooms. They didn't look very clean. As I found out later my coat were I dropped it was full of dust particles. When I proceeded to try jacket on the security tag was attached to collar of the jacket. So when I took it off my locket the chain got tangled in the security black tag. Hence could feel it tightened around my throat as I cudnt reach it. It broke the chain. I spoke to manageress about my plight and she was disinterested . She gave me a no to contact peacocks customer service which was unaccessible. I found the correct number n will write about my concern. As advised by peacock . I have been loyal shopping there but manageress didn't respond or try to understand .as my chain had broken. Due to the position of tag secured.
