Orderd last week. Potato tots had hardly any cheese on, pizza was different from before with less cheese. Thought we'd try again as maybe an off day. Exactly the same. When we inquirerd found out it's changed management. Looks like there cutting costs, new owner wouldn't even come to the phone. At this rate it's looking a lot like it's going downhill fast. Let's hope the management reads this.

Some issue caused the app to freeze at checking and cutting for 45 minutes. Phoned several times but no reply. Paid for delivery, didn't arrive. So drove to the shop to see what was happening and to collect pizza.
Utter chaos inside. Felt sorry for the lady on the counter.
Food was below average, not at all like usual high standard, and pizza was cut in the most random shapes/sizes. Pizza was also cool (not piping hot) and one of the sauces I paid for was missing.
Will try elsewhere before Papa Johns, felt let down with no reason/explanation for the issue/inconvenience.
On the upside they refunded my delivery fee.

Ordered 2 pizzas and some sides at 7 pm waited and no food came called them to be told they were short-staffed so I left it a while, called again to be told the computers had gone down. 9 pm I went down and asked for a manager. There was me and 3 others there complaining. The manager eventually spoke when I asked again even though she was standing in front of me and knew I wanted to speak to her. This is the first time ordering from them and I will not be doing it again. Disgusting customer service and the manager didn't care there was four of us complaining asking for refunds.

I recently had a half & half pizza from Papa John?s and it was really good! The crust was soft and well-baked, with just the right amount of chew. Both sides were delicious, the toppings were fresh and the cheese was perfectly melted. It?s a great option when you want to try different flavors in one pizza. Highly satisfying!
