Ignorant rude and dismissive staff downstairs in the central payment point, to busy yapping about personal life , holidays and such to what I presumed they thought was someone going to spend a lot of money but turned out to be after freebies and cheap earrings , maybe teach your staff to not to be so shallow and rude , I came to buy a suit and tie and an outfit for my daughter for a funeral but ended up going to Ankerside for my suit as staff were also pig ignorant upstairs and more interested in chatting between themselves or to those that looked like they were well off , just shows how shallow people have become .

Went in to buy a suit 20 mins later I was on my way out with everything I needed.
Staff lady was very helpful in helping me pick a shirt as I don't do suits.
