First time eating in here but didn't really have a good meal, ordered food inside and waited almost 20 minutes before the order was ready, the restaurant was only half full too so not really busy. When I got my burger it was only luke warm, couldn't be bothered to take it back for a warmer one thought might have to wait a long time again! My husbands food was cold too, won't be rushing back. We use the drive through on occasions too and food isn't always warm when you get it but can always warm up in the microwave at home but shouldn't be like this.

Placed an order on the McDonald?s app it came cold and missing a burger so reluctantly I drove to the restaurant. Upon arrival I was greeted by a young lady that didn?t seem too pleased to be doing her job who pointed me into the direction of her manager. When he finally made the time to come over and I explained the issue I was having he was extremely rude and unhelpful telling me there was not much he could do meanwhile all of the other meals at home are getting colder. After a long while of back and forth he finally made me a fresh burger (that was missing from my order) but could not help me with the rest. POOR SERVICE, POOR PROBLEM SOLVING SKILLS, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE MEALS and to top it all off POOR FOOD.
I never caught the managers name he was on shift at around 6:30pm on the 28/12/2024.
No one is forcing you to work there pal.

I pulled in at the drive through the other morning to hear the polite voice of Richard Cooper saying please wait a moment while i take a payment, this is only a small thing but the first time I have EVER had this at a Macdonalds drive through, The normal way is to wait in silence wondering if anyone is going to say anything... And sometimes another car will get served in the next lane while I wait in silence with no idea what's going on. Thank you Richard for being the first person to do this, let's hope someone sees this and makes its standard across all McDonald's,
Drive throughs, this would be a little evolution that will definitely help customers satisfaction. Thank you ??

Open 24 hours for dine-ins, quite safe overnight as you'll likely see a few cops come in during the wee hours of the morning.

Worst eating experience just because of the staff, especially ""the manager"", not sure what selection in hiring managers McDonald'S has but I suggest to increase standards for it. Totally disrespectful and went from there disappointed and with ruined mood, thank you McDonald'S Watling Street ??

Generally very good service, have to wait too long sometimes in drive thru, occasionally had items missing so important to check before driving off.

Typical MacDonalds food, very slow service inside. I only had a coffee, which showed as ready pretty quickly but never got bought out....when I finally caught someone i had to ask for it. They never bothered updating the board either, so tha lost of 'ready' items just grew
