Not always as warm as they could be! The new restoredcand smarter jnside of the building is good.
Dietary restrictions: Some staff are alert to such as dairy lactose egg nuts etc. Not many seem to understand why i adk *Are your chips fried in the same oil as fish!*
Cross contamination risk.
Allergic to fish so there is a risk factor.

Terrible.
Purchased the Cheesy McCrispy through the drive through, they gave me cheese balls instead, had to go inside to change the order, the staff were friendly and rectified the issue with the burger quickly. However, the food was disgusting. Mcdonalds have either lost it or the staff dont know how to make the food properly. My burger was rushed, slopped together, bacon wasnt cooked properly and they didnt even let me keep the cheese balls for the inconvenience! Just dissapointing honestly, I was craving a Mcdonalds at the time too... never again.

Visited with my daughter recently and it's usually a difficult place to get in and out of at the best of times due to the heavy traffic at Ventura. Since the refurb this year there are less seats and you can never sit down anywhere. Staff were standing around and chatting not cleaning tables. The new interior layout looks OK but doesn't cater for the amount of people that visit we needed up eating in the car.

The food here is standard, as expected from McDonald?s, and the location is always busy due to being in a retail park?understandable. However, our experience was deeply upsetting, not because of the food or the crowd, but due to the behavior of an employee.
When we visited, there was an older lady handing out balloons to families with kids. We were with our 5-year-old son, and he was excited seeing other kids getting balloons. However, this employee deliberately ignored us. She handed balloons to every family around us, including the table right next to ours, but completely skipped us on purpose. It was hurtful and made my son very upset?he was in tears.
I wanted to confront her, but seeing my child cry stopped me. This simple act of neglect and intentional avoidance ruined our day. That lady?s behavior was absolutely unprofessional, unacceptable, and frankly, disgusting.
If you?re a parent visiting this location, be cautious. Such an incident might happen to your child too. A small action like this can shatter their happiness and turn your day into a frustrating experience. Management should address such behavior immediately and ensure all children are treated with kindness and fairness.
