Just been to Tamworth M&S for a bra fitting, after my mastectomy I've had an up setting time trying to look good. I met a lady named Jennie staff member who had the time and patience, she was so understanding, caring and a good laugh, which was what I needed. Couldn't have wished for a better customer service. I spend a LOT of time in this place, trailing my wife. Shop's open till 9 yet both coffee shops close hours before. I can just about handle the mind numbing boredom of this gender biased purgatory, but without coffee ???

My wife has Alzhiemers and shopping for clothes for her not easy. The staff on the 2 days I visited were brilliant . They showed me the garments I was looking for and then took me to the trying on cubical. There, the lady was great. They made my day more bearable and not daunting.Thank you.

Went into cafe by food hall. Ordered hot chocolate and coffee with cream on. To be told we cannot have cream as classed as a luxury hot chocolate and cannot put it thru till. We can have a white hot chocolate with cream on as they can put that one thru ? so asked to put it thru till as a white hot chocolate but told no we cant do that. Can i put the cream on myself (as the squirty cream was right there on counter)..no you cant do that. Dare not ask for cream on coffee !!! This woman and her co worker are the most riduculous jobs worths i have ever met ! Its so laughable im in shock !!

Always clean, staff are friendly and helpful, shelves are always packed neat. M&S has the best bakery.

Great store - However !! Far to small in the food hall, not enough staff manning the tills ! I will not scan my own food, they have hardly any staff manning the tills so I avoid like the plague and go over to Waitrose where they will open tills

A nice spacious store always looks nice and clean, friendly helpful staff. Parking available right outside the store, though traffic can be very busy at times. This store also includes a cafe and a Bureau de Change. There are three sub-standard cycle parking spaces at this store.

Got my nan a voucher for this shop from tescos. She got to the shop and the money wasn?t ever put onto the card so she had to leave. No one would help at the desk , they weren?t interested and even the manager couldn?t be bothered to show their face. Went to Tesco and I had to fight tooth and nail for my money back. Won?t be shopping here again. Plenty of other shops to visit.

Yeah nicer than any other marks a nd sparks but they don't cater for left handed people at all every single x mas mug will be facing backwards for left-hand people come on marks have a thought

Who's idea are self service tills ??Only one for cash payments stood like a fool waiting for someone who was messing with there phone ...I would rather wait in a queue at a till than wait behind a selfish person messing with a phone...Bring back social skills like talking to your customers ??Then ask why are so many branches failing when we are expected to serve ourselves ??Left my goofs behind as I was not waiting any longer ??

Had excellent customer service from Tracey who works on Lingerie section. She fitted a bra for me & selected various styles for me to try on. Tracey was brilliant, very patient, very thorough & explained how the bra needs to fit. I have been to other stores for Bra fitting & they have not been as thorough or the right fitted, as the ones I brought on Wed from M & S. The service & support from Tracey was outstanding.
