We really can't say enough good things about Mark Webster and the team that we dealt with at the Polesworth Office. Mark's key difference is that he does what he say's he's going to do and does it when he say's he's going to do it.It really was an arm chair ride, from the initial assessment of our property, to marketing and the viewings arranged by Emma.Jane was particularly good at managing our expectations and communicating with us and the other parties. (Critical reassurance during what is naturally a stressful situation.)Thank you Mark and your team, we will definitely recommend you.

Recently sold our parents house with Marks team. Excellent service throughout. Highly recommend. The service far exceeded our expectations. Our main contact experience was after the house had sold, with Jane. The fact that we have very little to say about the house actually being sold speaks for itself as there was no fuss or handling of viewings. It was all done for us. Then Jane took over and proactively chases the sale through to the end. Whats more when they say they will call you they actually do in a timely manner. We couldn?t have asked for more?..

Property was valued on the Tuesday and sold subject to contract by the Saturday! Highly professional from start to finish. Recently bought a house from one of their sellers. It was not a simple purchase owing to a range of factors and hinderences, including several on the day of exchange and completion. Several times delaying and threatening to potentially derail the process. Despite this they remained professional and helpful throughout, specifically Jane at the Polesworth branch. Without her tenacity and knowledge, we most likely would have not got the house we wanted. She is a credit to the agency!
