The service drone at the counter was spectacularly worthless, when asked a question about the application of discount on the app they shrugged, huffed and "went to get supervisor". The supervisor hadn't got a clue either but blamed the internet. On a positive note, if there's ever a zombie apocalypse these folks are breakfast.

Friendly enough staff, clean premises, but empty of customers. It's not hard to see why though. Since when does a fast food restaurant not serve hot drinks? For me, and I'm sure many others, it's a deal breaker. Most odd.

We visited here on the way to the cinema on a Sunday evening. It was relatively quiet, and the food came out pretty quickly. The chicken tasted quite nice. However, the place wasn't very clean. The toilets had water all over the floor and we're pretty slippy. The servers also handed over the food and forgot to give both the sauces and pop with the boneless box. Its like they couldn't be bothered.

We eat at KFC regular in different area's and I have had to write a review after visiting for the 1st time KFC Tamworth - Ventura Retail Park and have got to say it is the best meal we have ever had at a KFC. Everything cooked to perfection, hot & super fast service. We will defiantly be back.

Never had a bad word to say about this branch. The food is excellent, and all the staff I have encountered are friendly, with any of my requests (for example asking for thighs and legs) always accommodated to suit my needs. Seriously in my eyes, without doubt, the best KFC in the country. Keep up the good work guys.

cleanliness of the shop.

when you see the tables are left with rubbish, try to send 1 - 2 staff to quickly clean and clear the rubbish, both on the tables and on the floor.
After they clean the area, the supervisor please go to check their work.
e.g. you ask the colleagues to use the cloth + purple Ecolab cleaning solution to clean the table, did they properly clean the tables?
( I doubt that ) haaaaa
the colleague who swept the floor, didn't she ...notice there were still tissues + chicken bones under the tables?

Has to be one of the worst KFC I have ever eaten. Chicken was very greasy, overcooked and the fries were cold. Gives fast food a bad name

Has to be the worst KFC I've had for a long time. Order wrong twice, chicken lukewarm, chips had a funny smell and wasn't cheap. The staff wasn't happy, and the whole place was dirty and grimy. The customers were cleaning the tables to sit down at.
