After being let down by "The Florist" at Grangewood Garden Centre, I found Julie-Anne Florist to create my bridal hand-tie bouquet. It was very last minute (less than 1 week to go before my wedding day) so I am incredibly thankful that they were able to do this for me in time. After Grangewood failed to come back to us as promised, we didn't do much research into other local florists, we just went onto Google and found Julie-Anne. After I placed an order, I was getting slightly worried after reading some reviews on here about some people's flowers not arriving fresh or paying £60 for a small bouquet. I can see where some people are coming from when they say £60 is a lot for the small bouquet you get but for me, the size of my bouquet was perfect for my wedding. It has been 7 days since we picked them up and they still look good (not as fresh as they were from day 1 but of course, that is expected). Overall, I had a positive experience with Julie-Anne Florist and just can't thank them enough for making it such a hassle free experience given how last minute we were!

I ordered the bridal bouquet and it wasn't exactly what I was hoping for.For 60 pounds I was expecting something much better.It's not worth more then 10 pounds at the supermarket.

The staff here created a beautiful wreath for my mother's funeral. The cost for such a beautiful piece was very reasonable and substantially cheaper than the amount the funeral directors wanted to charge us for something very similar.

Sent flowers to the wrong house, no notification they were out for delivery. Sat on someone's porch for hours in the sun, luckily a neighbour found them as the person at the house they were delivered to was on holiday.

My partner buys me a rose from here every week. Has done for the past 4 months. They are great quality. But he wanted to send me a rose on the 12 Feb. Was told she couldn't shut the shop . It is literally 2 minutes from my shop. Disgusting. . I personally would never use it again . But he thinks different. As a manager myself. Customer service comes first .

I have never had a problem when using Julie Anne Florist. Even though I last used them around 4 years ago, the service I received everytime was spot on. I find it very disconcerting to see so many 1 and 2 star reviews off customers when it could have easily been resolved by their brilliant staff. I guess not everyone is out there to help small businesses succeed in such uncertain times.Keep going, you've always provided an amazing service when I've needed you.
