JP Home improvements fitted a new luxury vinyl plank tile floor in our hall kitchen, dinner, utility, wc and under stairs. Minimal intrusion given the space to be covered. Jason had a full method of lay so the job was continually progressing. Great workmanship and skill in overcoming issues as our walls that were not square as in nearly all properties built since the mid 80?s. Highly recommend Jason and JP home improvements quality work by a real Craftsman, helpful, friendly answers questions and offers honest opinion on ideas.

During the process always checking in with ideas to improve the re fit and talking us through every decision. We needed to update a small, oddly shaped shower room in our annex for my elderly mother. JP came, measured up, gave us suggestions on what would fit and also what would work best for mum. His attention to detail was such that he suggested we raise the floor in the bathroom to match that in the hall in order to get rid of a lip that could have potentially been a trip hazard. He put us in touch with local bathroom showroom and also told us where to go to look at wall panelling. The end result is fabulous! JP and his team are lovely, hardworking and considerate and we look forward them returning to help us with future home improvements.

From start to finish, JP Home Improvements were approachable, professional and answered any questions I had. Support was given for the initial design and throughout the project. Jason and his team were so friendly and made me feel at complete ease. My bathroom is unrecognisable and is better than I ever could have imagined. Thanks to JP and his Team we now have a stunning bathroom with wow factor! The process from start to finish was great! From a thorough home visit to look at what the job involved, to choosing furniture with Jan at Plumbbase and JP providing a quote, we felt in control of our budget the whole way through and they were very patient with our ever changing requests! The attention to detail was second to none and not just on the surface, everything was done properly and to a very high standard. Unsure of which Home Improvement company to use for the fitting and a complete renovation of a bathroom. We asked around for recommendations from people who had recently had work done. This is where we were given the number for JP Home Improvements.From the first phone call we made, we were thrilled with the efficient ways all aspects of the job were handed. They ran so smoothly, gave excellent customer service and we received total respect from all workers at all times on the job.The way that all workers followed each other to complete the jobs was first class. No waiting around for the next service to come. Great time management. The finishing of the workmanship was sublime. We could not fault anything that was done.We would highly recommend this company to complete anyones renovations. They lived up to the recommendations we had received and we would not hesitate to use them again for future projects.
