I always receive great customer service here and it's a great location to just pop into the only down side is sometimes stock is limited due to store size when compared to the store at Ventura Retail Park.

Bad customer service and workers are rude thought I was stealing because I had things in my pockets from other shops I had 3 items 1) nail varnish for my girlfriend 2)hair dye for my girlfriend and a wing mirror thst I found on the floor all because I was pacing round isles

I went into the George Street store today for the first time in over 12 months. It does not seem to have such a wide range of grocery items in stock stock as it once did. The store was still busy though. I came out without being able to buy any of the items I went in for.

Nearly lost my will to live at the George St store yesterday , Saturday afternoon , one till open , I counted 16 people in front of me , poor lady on till kept asking over the store PA for people to man the other tills, she asked THREE times when I was in the queue-no one came .Many people gave up , dropped their purchases on the nearest shelf and left, by the time I got to be served I had grown a full beard, played an online game of chess, followed by completing a 10000 piece jigsaw of St Paul's cathedral.
