Absolutely disgusting manager. Me and my daughter absolutely love H&M but are never using H&M services again. I picked up a top that I had previously seen in a different colour and went over to an employee for help. She quickly told me ?I?m with Someone else.? Due to this I decided to wait for her and saw that she was in fact walking round the shop helping absolutely no customers as it was 19:20 there were barely any customers to help. Due to her rude manor I went to a different employee and asked to make a complaint when I was then redirected to the manager who started shouting at me in the store while my daughter from across the floor raced over. This is absolutely disgusting behaviour from someone there to support. Not only did me and my daughter leave, other customers left as well due to her hostile behaviour.

Far away from what actually H&M is supposed to be. Personnel willingness or helpfulness subpar at best. It?s just bad and sad.

No staff on the changing rooms - all one changing room so feel uncomfortable just walking in. The self checkout tills were all failing - just ended up dumping everything on a random rail and walking out.

I just wanted to leave a review for a member of staff who served myself and my Mom last night. (3.9.24) The girl was in her 20?s I?d say with dark curly hair and was so friendly and polite whilst she served customers. She seemed like a genuinely lovely person who enjoyed working there and socialising with the people who came in. Thank you for helping us! You?re a credit to H&M :-)

Happy mooching around the shop and no problem trying on clothes where the staff were really helpful but then encountered the rude shop assistant.
I?d already heard her breezily telling a customer that queues were part and parcel of Saturdays when the lady questioned the length of queue.
Then it was my turn, as I approached the desk to pay she told the cashier in front of me to go and resolve a problem at the self service tills, while she proceeds to serve the people behind me. I mentioned that I was next and not being served, she responded by saying that the other cashier would be back to serve me and left me standing there like a fool while she continued serving the next customers. The other cashier did not come back though, so this woman then decided to serve me after making me wait, no apology, just a haughty attitude as though I was in the wrong. Manners cost nothing H&M and a quick apology or at the very least asking if I minded waiting would have made the world of difference. I came away feeling dissatisfied and frustrated with her whole attitude and if the items were for me and not my daughter I would have handed them straight back.
