Fabulous service. I?d spent 2hrs trying to remove the old lamp from my headlight, gave up & went to Halfords Tamworth, they fitted me in without an appointment & Nigel replaced both lamps in about 15 minutes!

My son's bike was built in store by Halfords. They have built the stabilisers extremely faulty and they have basically came apart repeatedly in two different places from the moment he has started using the bike, keep in mind he's had it for only a few weeks. I've tried to contact them but have got no where, even the online chat keeps just saying unavailable. I believe the bolts used are worn down to the point of being useless.

Top place car parts and bike service first class. Good staff Leon and the staff very knowledgeable and always get me back on the road as soon as possible. I have purchased 2 boardman bikes there in the past 12 years and also have the cycle care package

Had a tyre warning light come on so took my Aygo to Halfords in Tamworth, Ventura Park. Lovely lady called Laura checked and corrected tyre pressures. It only took 15 minutes and it didn?t cost me a penny. Thank you Laura, and thank you Halfords. Wonderful, friendly, professional service.

A very incompetent set of fellows who wasted my time and money for a car AC they couldn?t repair. I?ll be taking you guys to court if I don?t get a refund for mall the time and money wasted. You made a diagnosis for an AC and charged over £541 for a condenser. I paid for regas, paid for diagnosis and left my car several times for days. All a waste of time for your incompetence. I?ll see you guys in court.

I purchased a car seat from Halfords in Ventura Park in Tamworth. The staff in there were amazing. So knowledgeable friendly and helpful. They fitted the car seat for us. They demonstrated how it works and made us feel very at ease. Very professional. The car seat was such good value and we are really happy with the purchase. Nigel behind the till ajd the lad who fitted it( cant remember his name ) Liam or luke maybe were fab and a credit to Halfords team
