Took our daughter (8 years old) to get her ear pierced today! Kirby was amazing. She went through every step of the process with our daughter, was really knowledgeable and made her feel completely at ease! Can?t recommend the experience (and Kirby) highly enough. Thank you very much.

I brought my daughter in a couple of days ago to have her ears pierced as it was a wish of hers. We met Kirby and from the second we met her it was nothing other than a wonderfully positive experience. Kirby went above and beyond with her customer service skills and is a real credit to the company! Kirby explained in thorough detail what would happen during and after the piercing. She spoke on such a warming and cool level with my daughter it instantly made her feel special and at ease. They had such a laugh together and it really made my daughter?s Day. Kirby was attentive, welcoming, knowledgeable and she really seems to genuinely enjoy her job, which is rare to come across in retail.

We visited the store in Tamworth this morning to look for a watch for my birthday. The assistant, Sue, was very friendly and helpful. I chose a beautiful watch at an extremely reasonable price. Many thanks to Sue and the manager Chris. Wonderful customer service! I?m sure we will return to this store for any further jewellery purchases.

Kirby is absolutely amazing, all 3 of my daughters have had their ears periced and everything was explained to them and how to look after them. I would recommend going to Kirby if your little ones want their ears periced as you will not find anyone better.

We popped into the store in Tamworth to have a look at some wedding rings and ended up walking away with both our rings. The servers were brilliant, Yvette was so patient and complimentary to us, we were taking our time but felt no pressure from her, and she let us try on the rings as many times as we needed to find the right one. I was deciding between two rings and I really couldn?t decide so Yvette called her manager, Amanda, over who was equally as lovely and helped me to make my decision. Was a wonderful visit and we will definitely be back there. Could not recommend their service more!

Came here today to have a piercing with Kirby. She is absolutely fabulous! So professional, warming and friendly. She is very experienced and has done such a lovely job. Exactly what I wanted. I will definitely recommend her and come back if I decide to have anymore piercings.

The staff at your Tamworth are different class, especially a young lady called Kirby.
See might seem a bit intimidating with her piercing and tattoos to some but she has a refreshing attitude to go above and beyond for the customer.
Me and my wife were blown away and the less we can do is give her a five star review

Excellent service, I was interested in 3 different watches in the black Friday sale none of which did they have in stock in Tamworth, the assistant ordered all 3 in from different store's and even though the black Friday deal had finished they still sorted me out a discount which came to more than the 25% black Friday deal. All the staff in the store were very helpful and pleasant.

We visited H.Samuel in search of men?s wedding rings and women?s earrings, and were fortunate to be assisted by Kirby. Her customer service was exceptional?she was highly informative, offering honest and insightful opinions, which I greatly appreciated. Kirby?s friendly, welcoming demeanor, combined with her extensive knowledge, made the experience enjoyable. We will definitely return, and I highly recommend consulting with Kirby on design options.

I took my 14 yr old daughter to get her ears pierced at Ankerside shopping centre, Tamworth 30.07.24. I would absolutely recommend this venue. 5 stars for affordability, cleanliness, information offered during the piercing, emotional support for a nervous teenager, aftercare information and most importantly for me next to cleanliness, was the approachability, friendliness and skill of the piercer. Her name is Kirby and she really knows her craft. Thank you Kirby, they look perfect and she's had no pain at all.

Took my son to have his ears pierced here, Kirby was amazing, after getting it done somewhere else previously and it going bad, Kirby checked the previous area, and was amazing. Great price and aftercare was brilliant!
