Food was reasonable, a bit of a long wait to get served and the staff were rather young and inexperienced, they were doing their best but some supervision would have been good.

Absolutely horrendous. The line was a joke waiting 15 minutes to order. Then when we did get to the line the server was slow. They hire very young people that have no gumption or movement and don?t care about customer service!!

Slowest service ever, 2 other staff round the corner poking their head round as if the queue out the door was ever going to encourage them to give the slow server on the till a hand ??

Handy greggs within the carpark of the retail park. Usual greggs offerings with loads of inside and outside seating. Only issue was the queue was massive, waited 20 minutes to get served for a sausage rolls. It was mid morning and they seemed to have plenty of staff, but only one till open.

Disgrace. Queue out the door, no food on the shelves. Place was dirty, floors unclean, tables covered in muck. Bin overflowing. I know Hreggs is supposed to be "budget" but this was a hole.
