Popped in and had a lovely steak bake, bit of a queue for some reason, somebody was collecting a big order to deliver for someone, I think that was the reason for the queue, staff seemed rushed off their feet.

Usually badly understaffed, often out of sugar if you use it. Staff really dont care just like other Greggs stors.

No greeting when I came to the till, no hello or good morning nothing. Whilst paying for my order the member of staff who served me was having a conversation with another member of staff whilst I just stood there awkwardly waiting for my change back and there was a massive queue out the door. She finally handed my change to me and muttered thanks. Safe to say I'll not go there again.

Cold omelette inside a hard baguette. Order was rushed and the staff looked uninterested. Coffee (vanilla latte) was great tho.

This was just terrible service. So badly organised. Queues out on to the street, four members off staff, three tills only 1 serving. Prioritising takeaway deliveries as opposed to member sin the shop. I had to ask someone else to serve, appreciate that you need to ensure food going in, but most in the shop didn't want those kind of things. Don't waste your time, the staff didn't really look to bothered although once asked about serving points did respond and shock, the queue moved. Definitely needs better organisation and care for the hoards of people queuing in the shop! Maybe get more staff!

Called in for one of Greggs delicious cakes and cappuccino to be greeted with friendly, helpful staff. Served quickly, nice clean table and area I am never disappointed at Greggs and the value is very good. The only comment I would make is the lack of serviettes.
