My daughter has just been into the shop for gel polish on her toes and was told £30 which I think is crazy she was then told after they were done that actually the price is £40 ?. Considering she gets a full set of acrylics for less than this I cannot see how this kind of price is justified at all. I?m wondering if her looking so young is something to do with it and she was taken advantage of given one price originally and then upped after they were finished. I?m sorry but I would of refused to pay more after being told a price beforeRESPONSEShe was in earlier today and when arriving was told one price and the. After transferring money was told it was a higher price. For nails that look like something I could have achieved at home. I would like to no why the price was suddenly changed once she had made a transfer and the price that shows online doesn?t reflect what she paid so can you explain the price and why it was changed after the appointment and after the initial payment had been made ???

The ladies were very gentle and always asked if I was ok with the nails in the process. They spoke to eachother nicely no shouting. The nails are gorgeous not painful at all. The lady didn't hurt me and was careful. It was a nice experience. I love my nails thank you

I?ve been here a few times and the service was never great but the nails were nice so I continued to come. I came 2 days ago and my nails were done in a way that can only be described as aggressively. Additionally, there was a lot of shouting between members of staff and what seemed to be family members which made me feel uncomfortable. My nails were done so harshly that the skin by my nails was filed down and actually started to bleed when I got home, it?s been painful ever since. I won?t be returning.Service: Manicure

Absolute disappointment! I walked in and there were only two people working, and they told me it wouldn?t be a long wait. I was waiting for 40 minutes before I finally got seen. I went in for infills, and was told I?d need a new set. When I questioned this, as the acrylic was only slightly lifting off my nail (which has been remedied by acrylic infills in the past at other salons), the technician then pulled the acrylic off my nail as if to prove a point. When I eventually agreed to have a fresh set, he didn?t file down the acrylic or soak them, he just pulled them off my nails. Not only did this damage my nail bed, but it also really hurt! I was then expected to pay an additional £10 for the experience of having all 10 of my acrylic nails pulled off my fingers and they called it ?Acrylic Removal?. Awful experience.I will NEVER set foot in this salon again.Services: Nail extensions

Too slapdash and too quick, hardly used any gel, will never use these people again, the girl was ok, the chap really too quick, only took 18 mins to do them and they didnt last five minutes!Service: Manicure

Have been a regular customer since the salon opened so was very let down, my last few visits I have been left waiting for such a long time. I made an appointment for today with the owner as normal, on arrival i tried to tell the man I had an appointment which was ignored and eventually told no one else was in today. I travel from Sutton to have my nails done so after making an appointment to find out the owner was not acceptable, there was no apology in fact they spoke as if I was in wrong for complaining. I have now found a new salon and will not be returning, if they can treat loyal customers this way they do not deserve the businessService: Acrylic nails
