Never would I step back in this particular store ever again till there is that very arrogant Fakhrul manager, for anyone going to the EE store in Tamworth be careful.. if you have any problems call the customer service instead waiting for the manager to solve any matters, he is there to sign as much people as possible, they told me that I have to wait weeks before I get back my pac code..what a joke this manager is

Give zero if could next day repair what a load of bull went in my screen had gone told GO Buy new phone not you need new phone we can help.with that just go buy new phone when asked to cancel my contract told you can't you still got 6 months to go on this one not happy customer

If I could give zero stars I would. Staff are very unhelpful, the company is a complete joke !! How can you expect someone to pay £550 for a repair when it is CLEARLY a warranty issue with the screen failing ?
After well over a decade of custom im off cos this is a disgrace

On my visit to the Tamworth store today, I was served by Glyn who was extremely helpful in finding the right phone package for me and setting up my new phone, nothing was to much trouble for him and any questions I had was answered straight away, all the staff in there are all friendly and helpful and I have never had a negative experience in the Tamworth store, a massive thank you to Glyn

Wish I would?ve read the bad reviews earlier. They are spot on! The whole EE policy makes no sense! You are not allowed to the cool off 14 days return policy if you get a new sim in store. Of course, they don?t bother mentioning that before they get you to sign a contract. I went in for a broadband and decided to become a star customer and move my phone number to EE as well as they were offering a discount if you had both. The whole reason I went in store was to check with them if they can install fibre at my address(thinking they will check if it is already installed in the building). They said yes, no problem, only to find out later from the engineers that they needed to drill a hole in my listed building in order to do so. Now I had to cancel the broadband and got stuck with a 2 years sim contract at full price that they did not want to cancel under any circumstances. What is the point in going in person if they make the process even harder than over the phone? Everyone I spoke to on the phone was as helpful as they could be. That was not the case in store. Just read the fine print online. The store will never share it with you!

Having had my phone stolen whilst on holiday recently, when i got home i popped into EE in Ankerside.was kindly greeted by Ben who took my details and set up an old phone for me whilst i can get in touch with my insurance company. Ben was very professional and literally updated my phone there and then. What a fabulous service !!I literally couldn't of done this without his knowledge.he was polite, caring and very thorough , I very much appreciate his help.Other members of staff were helpful and kept my young grandson occupied too !A+++++ Lads . Thank you

Initially rang to sort out a query, spoke to a very helpful young man, Chris. He could have sorted my question over the phone, but I prefer to speak face to face.. not a problem for him. I went into store a few hours later. Chris was incredibly patient, polite and helpful and soon sorted out my problems. Well done EE Tamworth. Your staff are amazing. Another old person (like me !) was also in store, having technical difficulties, and he too was served by an equally helpful staff member!EE Tamworth, your staff are brilliant,Knowledgeable and very respectful to us oldies!!Keep up the good work

I personally wouldnt bother going in here again and anyone who' is thinking of a visit here and taking out a contract then CALL EE WHILST IN THIS SHOP USING THEIR PHONE AND SEE WHAT DEALS HEAD OFFICE OFFER YOU.This shop is a commission collection zone ? and they get you to sign with top prices coming out of your pocket.Save parking or travel charges and call 150.Your new phone will be delivered the very next day to your home or work on a better deal saving you lots of money.?You're welcome.
