I had the ear wax micro-suction at the pharmacy today and the service was excellent. The staff were very efficient and friendly and the price was the best I?ve found when researching in the local area. They have a camera that can show what it looks like before and after so I could even see the difference for myself! The process was straightforward and I could instantly hear better! I was also offered a free follow up appointment. Highly recommend.

Woke up this morning in agony. Right side of my neck, can't move it and the pain is so bad it is making me want to end it all. I have given birth to 5 children and have never experienced this type of pain.I took Ibruprofen and paracetamol and it eased off enough so I could walk to the pharmacy.Firstly I asked to speak to the pharmacist. This request was met with the question as to why? After explaining, the woman behind the counter told me to go to the doctor because there was nothing they could give me. This was at 9am. I had been on the phone trying to get an appointment but obviously couldn't get one. I left with heat patches and more Ibruprofen and paracetamol.By the time it got to 5:30 I was screaming in agony. I cannot move, I can't lie down for fear the pain will increase. My partner after finishing work walked down to the pharmacy for me to try and get me something stronger. He was met with hostility from the same woman I saw this morning. He asked about codeine and Ibruprofen and was told they don't stock it anymore. Her attitude towards him was that he was most likely an addict. She was very agitated when he asked for cocodamal.This IS NOT OK. Yes as a trainer pharmacy technician I'm well aware of the opioid crisis across the world. But for me and my partner to be treated this way it is not acceptable. Staff members need training as there are actually people in pain who have no access to doctors appointments as the surgeries have all merged and doctors nearby have closed.Up until this point I have used this pharmacy with zero issues. It saddens me as we will still have to use this business as our youngest child needs to receive her epilepsy medication.Such a shame for a once promising service.

Glad I changed my nominated pharmacy to Easons. Such a great pharmacy with excellent staff. Had a call to check everything was OK after starting a new medication plus the recent addition of the 24/7 prescription locker makes collecting prescriptions even easier.
