Brilliant store, great product representation; each display model was clean and easy to understand with all the information I needed. Adding to this the staff were exemplary, Lewis was a star on the cash desk he pointed me in the direction of the stores tech specialists.
First I went to Elliot who sold me an LG TV for my university accommodation and after having this product for the best part of a year I could not recommend it enough. The customer services provided by Elliot were stellar you could tell he had immense knowledge about all of the stores products and warranties. Great staff member ??
Maria was of great help to me and my family as well without her we wouldn?t have a dishwasher. My family is renowned for breaking dishwashers in the first year so we went for the care and repair plan. I only have good things to say about it, we went from waiting 4-5 weeks just to hear information on our dishwasher, right down to 7 days with the currys 7 days fix promise. If you?re looking for white goods Maria is your lady.
Safe to say I had a more than pleasant trip to Currys Tamworth ??

I came in and was browsing around looking for a new laptop and was immidiately helped and served by Oliver. He was very informative and helped me choose the best laptop after asking what I would use it for. Definitely very helpful because I would have bought the wrong laptop otherwise. I haven't been able to play games properly on other laptops but the laptop he reccomended me to buy is perfect. He was very sweet and easy to talk to. Thank you Oliver ?

Went into Tamworth store today to buy a replacement lap top. Customer service nine existent. Waited around 25 minutes, only 2 members of staff both tied up on the tills with prolonged something with customer.
Another couple looking at lap tops standing around waiting for service, eventually walked out, as did we. Seems like 2 lap tops not sold in that half hour. ( approx 12:30 to 13:00 ).

I was in Currys store where I was trying to.purchase a laptop, after checking the price with the colleaguea when I went to pay I was told it was priced wrong and it was head offices fault. I thought due to trading stand laws they had to honour the price being displayed in store, I have contacted there head office and have no reply for over a week. Really bad customer service and failure to comply with trading standard laws.

Staff avoid you, I felt invisible in front of cashier ready to pay.. 2 employees where busy with 1 customer in front of me and didn't think maybe one of them could have spent 1 minute with me..A third guy had to come to let me pay and I really appreciated it cause i was about to walk out with charger cable without paying possibly creating a scene.. Indian guy, thank you..

On a busy pre-christmas Saturday, i popped into Currys on Ventura Business park.
My Sansung S21 had reached full capacity in terms of internal storage. I have owned ny phone for about 3 years so in phone terms it's old.
George, in the mobile tech area, helped me find a solution, as I didn't want to keep linking up to my computer nor did I want monthly subscriptions to an external data storage company, which he completely respected - that's true customer service.
He was so patient, professional, determined and eventually got my phone to accept the external C-Type storage dongle as well as showing me exactly how to download my data.
You may have to wait to be seen, but it's worth it for the face to face knowledge with people who actually care about your shopping needs.
