Was served today by members of staff to my free large extra hot white chocolate, when taking a sip the cup was only half full and the taste of the white chocolate was non existent, I did notice my server when exiting shop replacing the white chocolate seems if running out then you get less pumps not happy at all ??

Well the evening is rubbish it?s raining outside freezing cold and we decided to go in next and up for a Costa coffee
We were served by a lovely Guy name Lee, his customer service was amazing he was so welcoming and polite. And he just lifted our mood and made our experience so much better. Would definitely recommend here and Lee, top man ??

Service everything is so slow with queues a mile long, staff so un organised needs someone to organise chaos as waited 35 minutes to be even served only 2 behind counter needs more staff seving

Ordered myself an alternative milk hot chocolate which should be heated to 140 absolute max, didn?t ask for it extra hot, took a sip and it?s completely burnt my tongue even still the next day. Felt as though it was heated to 180-200. Not happy. Costa standards aren?t followed, staff wearing false nails and false lashes aswell as piercings. Staff are miserable and hardly approachable, the only approachable member was the young dark haired girl. Very disappointing ?

A good location and easy to access.
It was really busy, service was slow and orders were fluffed- a takeaway was served on a plate, decaf cappuccino order was a bit of a wait. Clearly the staff were rushed off there feet.
On a positive note the bacon, brie and Chilli jam panini was tasty and warmed just right so it wasn't overheated and tough when it cooled.

Plenty of parking available at this Costa so should be a convenient one to meet friends at but sometimes it's difficult to actually get a table there as it's so busy.

I had an amazing experience at Costa in Ventura Retail Park. The service from Tarik and Georgia was exceptional. They were both friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. The atmosphere was cozy, and my coffee and salted caramel cake was delicious. It's clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers. I'll definitely be coming back?highly recommend!

We waited over five minutes to be acknowledged as customers. We the waited a further 15 minutes for our drinks to be made. Furthermore one of our drinks had been made incorrectly when it arrived so we had to wait longer. Our food was handled by an employee that had previously been mopping the floor and I?m unsure if they had washed their hands. Owing to the mess, wet floor and chaos behind the counter it was taking a long time for anybody?s orders to be made. The staff were disorganised and constantly bumping into each other and being in each other?s way. I have visited many Costa?s but this is the worst place I have ever seen. It was not busy at all. The kitchen was very messy with the floor littered.

Arrived at 15.45 on a Sunday staff said they could only serve us if we drank out of takeaway cups as they were closing at 16.00 and blamed Next for these rules! Wonder how true this is?
