Was served today by members of staff to my free large extra hot white chocolate, when taking a sip the cup was only half full and the taste of the white chocolate was non existent, I did notice my server when exiting shop replacing the white chocolate seems if running out then you get less pumps not happy at all ☹️

Absolutely appalling! Rude staff with worst customer service I have ever experienced. Costa should cancel this franchise if they care about their reputation.
