Having just completed the sale of a property, I would like to thank all of the team at Calders for their help and support throughout the process. From the very start I couldn?t have asked for a better Landlord! Andrew was very accommodating when I moved into Chandler?s Court. It?s a lovely apartment with plenty of space and finished to a really high standard with a beautiful shared courtyard too. Me and my boyfriend were interested in a property listed online. We kept sending messages through the online platform without any reply. After almost 2 weeks without getting any response, we went to the agency to hear that the property is already let, again without any notification online. After a while, it still kept showing as available online, so I called only to hear that the property is let by other client now and I decided to sign up for the list if again they don't sign the contract only to hear that there were additional requirements for tennants which weren't listed in the ad.
