Got my eyebrow wax done, it came out great, it was a quick and efficient service. I?ve been coming to Brow Bar for a few months now and it?s been great would high recommend for eyebrow waxing. One thing I would say is to avoid any rush and feel rushed to come before 4pm and it closes at 5pm and so the ladies in the brow bar tend to rush during 4pm onwards to get everything done to close at 5pm exactly.

Poor and rushed service? burnt my top lip and side of face because the lady doing my face was too busy checking the time on her watch. When I said my face stung I was told it?s because I have sensitive skin - I have had waxing done before at other places so I knew something wasn?t right. No care or attention do not go here for any services. I now have burnt scars on my face that I hope will heal. Thanks and very merry Christmas you, I will never return here.Service: Waxing

I?ve been coming here since i was about 11 to get my eyebrows threaded with my mom. The ladies who work there are always lovely and i wouldn?t go anywhere else. It?s very cheap and would recommend to anyone.Service: Eyebrow shaping

I have been to Brow Bar for a few years now and they always do a great job at exactly what I want when I show a photo for reference.I get my eyebrows threaded and tinted. For me the tint/ink stays around for roughly 4-5 weeks.Every time I visit the people who are working there are lovely, accommodating and friendly.

Had my eye brows threaded today, not happy at all. 1 lady working rushing around, was on and off the chair in less than 5 minutes! Left long hairs on my eye brows and even cut my eye below the brow and never even said anything it wasn?t until I got home it felt sore and I looked and noticed it! She never even said anything about it to me! I have never had a problem here befor and never had the lady that was working today do my brows but the usual lady wasn?t in. I am not happy at all. I?m left with long hair in places on my eyebrows and a cut below it and I have a picture of it!!Service: Eyebrow threading

The absolute worst experience I have ever had in a salon in my life. I was in and out within five minutes. I went in for eyebrow shaping and tinting, the girl didn?t even ask me what shape I wanted, she just plonked the wax on my eyebrows, waxed off whatever she wanted and then slapped a tint on my eyebrows that is literally purple. To top it off, my eyebrows are COMPLETELY different shapes, not just a bit different, they are completely different shapes. The girl was rushing to go home, practically running around the salon, not talking what so ever, didn?t ask any kind of questions about what I wanted done. The salon was absoloutely filthy as well. Wouldn?t even rate it 1 star. DO NOT GO HERE!

WHAT A SHOCKING EXPERIENCE!!I will not be returning to the salon again.. Everything seemed to be in a rush, we were in the chair 5 minutes and didn't even get asked what dye we would like on our brows .. Me and my mom both have blonde hair and she gave us a black dye...Then she did my sisters and did the totally opposite to what she asked for and once we left the salon she burst into tears in fustration.. Not only that she had a child running round the shop .. NOT good customer service at all..WILL NOT RECCOMEND TO ANYBODY!!Service: Eyebrow threading

I walked in and was told to take a seat. There was one person in front of me. As I was waiting two others walked in and took a seat. One of the ladies had finished which she indicated to the person in front of me to take a seat. When the other lady had finished she said next, which is when one of the ladies that came in after me got straight up and got in the chair. She started to prep her straight away. I did ask if i was going to be seen too as I was next. The lady did say sorry and got out of the chair. Which yes that was the right thing to do, however, the staff should have said sorry you are not next, like they indicated to the lady who was in front of me to sit down. The comment I received from the staff was she comes here all the time we know what she wants. That is not acceptable.I'm sorry but that's appalling and not a way to treat customers. This wasn't the first time that I had used them which is why I went back.I will not be going back again.Avoid.Service: Waxing

Paid £10 for her to take a tiny bit of hair off my brows and lip. Can?t even speak English awful shouldn?t be trading asked me to transfer the £10 to her personal bank account. Tax dodger!Services: Body waxing
