Used them for renting and selling. Found Paul Tyson really flexible, helpful and very responsive. Really good at the little things and make it so easy. At the end of the year, ask them for an income statement for tax purposes and it's no problem. Delighted I chose them.

I am very pleased with Paul and the team at Belvoir. We have recently moved into a place that they manage. The application process went really well and everything has been documented and explained in great detail. I cannot recommend them enough. This comes from both a tradesman perspective and a tenant. People deal with people and belvoir know how to make you feel welcome. I would happily use them again in the future and I will be recommending them to my customers who want a truly personable approach to lettings.

He was extremely accommodating regarding scheduling viewings and making himself available on short notice when necessary. Belvoir, Tamworth proved to be the perfect agent when the time came for my mum to sell her home of 34 years.
