Food is excellent including choice. Steak Diane sauce with steak was delicious. Nicely coked Salmon. Staff attentive and service good. Chris ensured overall service was very good which we appreciated.

We booked a table for 19 of us for my 50th birthday celebration. Most of us all had the Sunday roasts which were amazing value for money. The staff was absolutely amazing and couldn't do enough for us. Thank you so much for my gift of a small bottle of prosecco. That was such a lovely thing to do. Everyone commented on how nice the food was and plenty of it. We added the £1.49 extras which ment we had unlimited roast potatoes and yorkies.. if your thinking of booking to go here for food I would definitely recommend. Thank you so much for making it a special afternoon. We will definitely be back again.

I got to visit this restaurant for breakfast.
It was a beautiful venue inside offering a truly fantastic buffet breakfast.
The food was well cooked, tasted great and as a customer, we were well looked after.
It was a great to visit and look forward to returning

Christmas Day dinner 2024 for five. Great service but food not up to standard.Beefslices too raw,cold and rubbery,looked like they had been reheated on a grill. Will not be returning , £300 should have been better quality.

Had Christmas dinner on Boxing Day here. Absolutely lovely meal for 5 people. We all eaten at the same time food was hot and absolutely delicious. Will definitely be going back very soon ?

Excellent experience on a busy Christmas eve breakfast.
Greeted by Chris excellent customer service with chat and a smile. Ordered veggie stuff with sharon again excellent customer service and bubbly personality.
There were a number of people working who took pride in keeping the establishment clean and there was an abundance of hot and cold food that was constantly replenished, the area tidied up. The food itself was cooked well ,looked appetising and most importantly hot where necessary.
Good quality fresh and veggie food stuff.
On coming to pay was greeted by Gayle who again just wanted you to of enjoyed the experience and was just as friendly as the rest of the people we encountered on our visit.
Happy Christmas to you all and I hope the owners of the ladybridge treat their workers as well as the workers treat their chstomers

My family and I (19 of us) had a tremendous meal, every one thoroughly enjoyed it. The members of staff who looked after us were superb they were really attentive and friendly, they deserve a special thank you.

Met with family here yesterday for a bite to eat. The food was lovely in all honesty, but there wasn't a lot of it. I know we brought it off the £8 section of the menu, but it was small, so please consider that if ordering off that section. They had sold out of quite a few things, which isn't surprising given the time of year. There was one conversation that a couple of tables were talking about... when asking for mayo or sauce, the bbq sauce is now chargeable?!
The staff were lovely, I have eaten here before and will do in the future

Girl with dark hair behind the bar was lovely. But waitresses that served me were shocking. I asked for food in bar so I know that means you order from the bar. But plonking food infront of you and walking away without even telling you where cutlery is or salt and pepper is just terrible training. This happened twice with different staff. I use premier inn 4 or 5 times a month and the restaurants are becoming more and more like this the past year. God knows why.
