Special offer in the cafe for the over 60's is a hot drink, bowl of soup and a bread roll for a pound. I opted for the vegetable vomit soup, should have gone for the tomato!

Shopped in the store so we decided to go to the cafe for some lunch. It was awful they gave my child a cheese spread sandwich which was stale, all he could eat of his meal was the banana. I wad told that everything on there light menu contained cheese which I cannot have. They offered to make a ham sandwich for me. Which to my disgust was inedible. It was hard and stale I couldn't eat any of it. I think the food is extremely poor and asda should be ashamed of the hygiene and quality of food that there cafe is producing. I will never be going there again.

Misleading information about offers and unremoved stickers. Be aware and keep receipts for all purchases. Customer service was unprofessional.

Click and collect let us know on the day that the chicken, beef, Quorn roast, beer, sausages, bacon and dishwasher stuff all not available.
Wonderful news for Christmas dinner!
Thankfully I was able to get these things from elsewhere. In a supermarket on the 23rd, which is the whole reason I went click and collect. Customer lost.

Visited the store today as its my home town. Went to the cafe for food . I had a normal breakfast and my partner had a small . Found a table to sit at as most was empty of customers but still full of dirty pots! It was a small table by the bin cupboards to empty waste . Whilst waiting for approx 25 mins for out food noticed all the cupboard doors to the bins was heavily soiled with old spilt food / scraps and liquid that was dry and not fresh! clearly not been wiped down in a good while! Bit of a health and hygene issue right next to a table waiting to eat. Then there was a mug got smashed and someone came to brush it up , clearly They needed to pop specsavers and have there eyes tested and she brushed half of the mug up leaving the other half sharp shards proud by the table for us to pick up or someone to gash the foot open. Eventually the food arrives, waitress says large breakfast ! First impressions was she's having a laugh here! Then the small That wasn't too much smaller! We then noticed there was no black pudding as stated on the menu . My partner said isn't there supposed to be black pudding with that , she said we havnt any! My reply was don't you think you should advise this when placing the order and offer a substitute of something else or more of another item, not just charge full price miss things off and bring a measily little half hearted breakfast ! We got no reply to our question and she walked away! Very poor hygene , very poor customer service and very pitifully amount of food ! Won't be eating here again !

We went to Asda Tamworth yesterday simply because we hadn?t used an Asda for ages and we knew that they had a cafeteria so fancied some grub before a mooch around the store. The wife had beans on toast that she said was okay and I had a sausage and bacon sandwich. What surprised me most was the white bread was borderline stale and also on the very thin side which you would not normally expect from a major supermarket chain. The sausage was almost tasteless and the bacon fairly tough. Also I could taste what I would consider to be a cheap cooking oil taste which is sad as we had eaten here ( approx ) a year ago and things were much better then. To accompany our food we each had a hot chocolate which tasted lovely but was at best Luke warm. We perhaps should have complained but chose not to as the staff appeared thin on the ground. Now off to the shop and I have to say the usual items that we purchase elsewhere seemed fairly high priced so we will not return ant time soon. We have in the past, used Asda and were more than happy so this was a surprise to us. The staff who served us were very friendly and polite and obviously doing their best.

Tikka masala that I had out of the cafe for £6.75 was just a cheap microwave ready meal won't be eating here again

Went to ventura Park with my granddaughter, partner and great grandson ,called at asda opticians ,staff are fabulous, always helpful and so kind ,best optician's ever ,then went to look around a few other outlets ,had a super day

Absolutely dreadful store- not laid out logically and staff are unhelpful- assistant on delivery collection was rude, unfriendly and couldn?t care less about parcels. Only 1 till open and what a load of rubbish, waiting 15 minutes for assistance that took its time coming. I don?t work for Asda so not my job to scan my shopping on self service unless you are paying me to. Safe to say will not be going back

I tend to order online but I'm beginning to think the pickers are not capable of their job. The substitutes are getting out of hand now and the alternatives they pack are not even close to being similar to what you order. Will shop at sainsburys now
