One of manager called Claire in Tamworth branch is very unprofessional. Her attitude is disgusting and don't know how has she got manager role ?. If she can't handle the situation better to find a different job or learn to calm & fix her unprofessional attitude.

Bought a tablet which was faulty kept freezing up and switching off and wouldn?t let me return it 3 women serving saying I couldn?t
Return even tho it wasn?t fit for purpose and working the way it should be ended up having to drive to mere green branch explained what was happening with it issued a full refund no argument

Terrible experience. Ordered several items (Christmas presents) for collection on the 2nd December. It's currently the 9th December and I am still awaiting confirmation that my order is ready to collect. I called customer services where I was told it probably wasn't dispatched and my order will automatically cancel tonight. Horrible customer service, no offer to replace the items and send out, no apology. They have broken the contract and taken my money for which I am not getting interest on in my account.

I had cause to contact this store on two occasions this week and got a different memmber of staff each time.
I have to say how refreshing the attitudes were and how helpfull they were also.
This is by far my store of choice for the future,

I used the Argos store inside Sainsbury's for the first time recently. I had ordered and paid for my item online and got a text telling me it was ready for collection. The staff we're friendly and I was able to pick up my item quickly.

I can't believe that in 2024 inside argos dont have internet mobile one , no signal if you are looking for you code ,just go back outside ,im shoping verry often and never had mobile signal inside ...

I waited at the counter for over 5 mins and when someone did appear, they did not acknowledge me or give me any help I am happy with the product but the service was very slow and I didn?t feel valued as a customer.

I have shopped at Argos for many many years ? I just needed to pick something up quickly and they had it in stock ? whooo!
So why only one star are you thinking I stood there whilst the assistant served someone returning something (at the collection point) when she had finished she walked to serve someone else. I politely said excuse me I have been standing here for a while . She turned round and snapped she (the other assistant ) will be back in a while.
I waited patiently and said thank you but I am so disappointed with the attitude ? I will not return to the Tamworth store.

I had an issue with a piece of furniture I had purchased so I went into Argos in Sainburys at the Jolly Sailor in Tamworth. I was dealt with by a lady who I think was the manager (I didn?t catch her name), the only sufficient way to describe her was a problem solver - a rare find in my experience! She was extremely helpful in dealing with my issue. My partner and I have had a stressful time moving house, this problem with our order adding to our stress, but things are made 100x easier when staff are as helpful as this lady was when issues occur and seamlessly sorted out our issue. A credit to the store - thank you so much for all your help!
