I started with a really bad knee and feeling extremely low and worried. In a few sessions and homework to do my knee is not fully healed but the pain has completely gone. I felt extremely comfortable with the ladies and glad I chose them to help me.

I used Ankerside Physio Clinic after having back and hip pain for many months. Jaya was brilliant, giving hands on treatment to relieve the pain and a long term plan to get back to full health. I have had issues with my knee for around 2 years. Back and forth to the hospital and various physio. Have got no where over this time and if anything went backwards. Recently joined Ankerside physio and I have seen great improvements, I am now back in the gym and running which I havent been able to do for a long long time!
