I would like to bring to your attention a recent experience I had at your Shell garage. 01/11/24 2.45amDuring a long journey, I stopped to purchase a meal deal and a doughnut from your establishment. However, the cashier, Aman, informed me that he could not assist me as he was mopping the floor. After waiting for 20minutes, I felt this situation reflected poor customer service and was quite disappointing.
Thank you for looking into this matter. I appreciate your attention to improving customer experiences.

Pulled in for diesel on the way home to Wales, the lady just called the pump number, nothing else. Went into the shop to ask what the problem was, grabbed a couple of drinks and snacks for the journey back where she scanned then hid 2 drinks hoping i would forget them. We moved over to the pump she told us to, could not be arsed dealing with her again so tried paying through the app, was not sure which shell garage it was so went in to ask if it was Talke Shell garage and she replied with "well obviously". This is not the correct way to converse with customers. Time was 1910, 29th of July 2024. I suggest Shell start encouraging staff with good customer service skills or at least train them up aso they deal with people in the correct manor and treat them with a bit of common decency.

I stopped at the parking lot to rest, even though there was no car, the old lady working at the station said it was not a place to rest, it was a parking lot and told me to leave, a very unpleasant person. So the question is why there is a parking lot here where you can't stand and rest, especially since there was no car there

Awful place. My partner has Chron?s disease and the male on night staff flat out refused to let him go to the toilet although he was desperate due to his disability. Absolutely shocking.

Ever since the adblu pumps were installed I have used them to refill my cars. Today at about 4.30 pm the attendant refused to authorise pump 15 for me to use stating that it is hgv only. Is this a new policy? If so does that mean our company vehicles. Non of which are hgv cannot use this pump to refill adblu? Talking of 25 trucks. Obviously if we go elsewhere for adblu then we will fuel at that place instead.

Tired of offers on alcohol mainly lager then when you take it to the till they ask for more than the offer price labelled in the fridge and when you question it you get a shrug of the shoulders and told its the price on the system. Sort it out surely they should honour the display price. I even got charged once for beer I returned back to the fridge that was priced wrong and told it was refunded back to my card but never received the refund.
